Aurum Freights LLC provides freight forwarding, cargo handling, customs brokerage, warehousing, and supply chain management services for commercial and personal shipments.

2. Eligibility

3. Client Responsibilities
  • Ensure all shipment information is accurate and complete.
  • Comply with applicable laws and international trade regulations.
  • Refrain from sending prohibited or hazardous items without prior declaration and approval.
  • Pay all agreed fees on time.
4. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change based on final weight, volume, handling, and customs charges. Final billing may include additional surcharges, taxes, and duties.

5. Delays and Liability

Aurum Freights LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or acts of God. Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the extent allowed under applicable law or as defined in our shipping agreements.

6. Insurance

Insurance is available upon request and subject to separate fees. Uninsured shipments travel at the shipper’s own risk.

7. Prohibited Items

The client agrees not to ship items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable, or otherwise restricted under local and international laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected.

9. Governing Law
